Can anyone please explain what is the baggage allowance for international economy class travellers from India to Canada?
Need to purchase new bags for travel and confused as some websites says 30kg while some websites say 2 bags of 20kg each and some other say 2 bags of 23kg each.
Anybody who has travelled to Canada recently from India, kindly share your knowledge.
Also, all bags are showing capacity in litres. 44litres, 50 litres, 65 litres and so on.

You should always check the airline website but usually its 2 bags 23 kg each but sometimes its 1 bag 23 kg. Dimensions are standard mostly - 62 inches or 158 cm linear. 30-32 kg is for business class. Not sure where you read 20 kg. That must be within Asia maybe and NOT to Canada. Students get 3 bags sometimes, not sure if immigrants get extra baggage as well

Don't get bogged down by litres, it should be max 62 inches or 158 cm (linear dimensions means L+W+H) and cannot weigh more than 23 kg (wt of bag + your stuff), that's all. If you go to a bag shop anywhere, they will show you the standard check ins available
