I have to upload some documents, but can't do that because of Bad gateway issue(Error 502).
Whenever I click on "Continue My Application", I get this error.
It has been happening since yesterday.

Is there anyone have the same issue?

Yes, I'm having the same error. I've been trying to upload more docs for over 2 hours now and I keep getting the same error.

Oh wow! I have just 2 more documents to upload. I was hoping to do that, check over it all, and submit and pay today. Fingers crossed that it is up and running soon.

I searched the pervious posts for the same error, it seems like they needed 1~2 days to fix it.
I found this error just yesterday evening, not sure the accurate time when it happened.
