Alongside my CEC PR application, I applied for a BOWP using the paper form (somehow I didn't realize there was an electronic version).

I followed the instructions to link my paper application, the system found the application but when adding it to my profile the page froze and I got a Bad Gateway Error.

When I try again it says "Already Associated to your account". This is super frustrating.

I've reached out to CIC via webform and Twitter with no success. Anyone else experienced this?
