Backlog issue

I studied pg and ug from India, in that UG have 15 backlogs and I cleared all by taking 42 attempt with aggregate of 59.94%. In the case of PG I don't have any backlogs and I have aggregate of 59.96%. I taken B.Tech Mechanical in UG and In PG PGDM Marketing whether I am eligible for studying something related to Business in Canada. I also have a 1.5 years of work experience in marketing.
