i. Distribution of number of years of school successfully completed (Kindly check by From and To time).
ii. Can we show gap of a or few months in Education (As you know there is always a gap of few months between the end and start
of new classes) ?
iii. Sequence in which I mentioned my education (Latest in the last)
iv. Till my SSC (Secondary School education - 10th class), I attend about 4 schools in different cities but all schools were of
Federal Government. Can I add a single entry for SCC and under Institution write Federal Government High School (You can see
in image).
b. Personal History
i. I am currently on job so what to mention under To field ?
ii. If one period end date is suppose 1999-12 then what will be the start of next (either 1999-12 or 2000 - 01) ?
iii. Can we use extra sheet if there is not enough space to provide information. Will extra sheet be a blank paper or we will use a copy
of same table ?
i. Distribution of number of years of school successfully completed (Kindly check by From and To time). For secondary education, mention only time period that you spent in completion of studies for 9th & 10th classes and taking their respective exames.
ii. Can we show gap of a or few months in Education (As you know there is always a gap of few months between the end and start
of new classes) ? no need to hide any thing.if there was a gap, for example, between final exam of graduation and intiation of post graduation classes then take it normal and describe what was factual.
iii. Sequence in which I mentioned my education (Latest in the last) it is OK

Federal Government. Can I add a single entry for SCC and under Institution write Federal Government High School (You can see
in image). As you need to write about only last two years of the seconday education, if this education from the same school then it is simple otherwise you can mention the time period and relevant schools separately.

i. I am currently on job so what to mention under To field ? just write year and month. For example, you plan to send application this month and you are on job till this month then write 2010 03
