Background Declaration Form: Personal History

In Short:
I did my PostGrad in USA for 2 years from an university. During this 2 years i had to take a break for 1 semester(for financial aid reasons) and for me to maintain my status i enrolled in another institution while provide I-20(for international students). So should i mention this in my background declation.

Like:
2003-08 till 2003-12 ----> University of Pennsylvania
2004-01 till 2004-03 ---> KAPLAN (Note: No degree issued in this institution. Just had to enrol to maintain my student status)

I eventually graduated from UPENN.

Think of it this way. If CIC runs a background check on you, are there records that would indicate your enrollment at Kaplan? You bet there are! It would be foolish not to put it on the application.
