Looking for some clarification if anyone can help.
Recently received our medical request (May 16) and this was completed May 28th. After this Eligibility and Background check were marked completed, and sent pre-arrival on May 29. On June 3rd, tracker showed that on May 31 Background check moved to in-progress.
Has this happened to anyone and if so is there a reason for this?
