One week ago, I just started my work after graduation. And I got another offer that is better than my current one. And I interviewed with the new company before accepting my current company's offer. In this case, I decide to resign and join the new company. This new company is requesting a background check to me via Sterling. I didn't state my current employer on my resume because at that time, I was not enrolled here obviously. So, I decide not to state my current one in the Sterling system. But, is there some way for them to know that where I'm working right now?
