Background check changed to not started

I'm facing same issues my BG was in progress and now it turned to not started,

Can you tell me what happened with you please ?

I am also facing the same thing...did you get any update after that?

My info sharing and criminality was completed but on 19th September 2024 my background check changed from we are processing your background check to your background has not started yet. I called ircc and they said nothing has started in my profile , even criminality and info sharing not started which were passed before.

anyone in the same situation or had been in this situation? Whats the possible reasons?
