I am planning to travel with my COPR from the US to Canada by car and I am in F1 status in the US.
Does anyone know if going back to the US in a valid F1 visa is ok after activating PR? I am worried the US border official might give me trouble related to immigration intent.
Of course it’d be fine. You do realize that Canada and the US are two separate countries eh? Your immigrating to Canada is none of the USA’s business. If anything, immigrating to a country other than the USA could be used as argument against your immigration intent to the USA.
