My study permit and visa both gonna expired on march 31st.
and I'm planning to go to seattle for 1 day next week(from Vancouver).
I'm currently renewing my study permit.
My problem is, Will I get trouble when I back to Canada.

The only issue is when you are coming back to Canada, they will want to see a copy of your study permit or TRV. So if you have a TRV, you won't have issues.
I am only mentioning this because when I was a student, I never applied for a TRV so I always used my study permit.
