I just came to canada on 5aug 2017..
My father living in canada since last 6 years.
When he get his PR card he sponsour us .
My question is that mu mother gave esl test they said to my mom your are refugee..
Are we refugee??

Sorry i am lost to what this post is asking. Did your family already applied for refugee status?
No no.. My father was on refugee status.. He sponsour

As far as I know, only you can go back but not your father since he claimed refugee status. If he goes back, then CBSA will flag him and ask why he's going back and he can lose his refugee status and PR as well.
