Hello seniors..!!

Well i have completed my bachelor in engineering(4 years).and currently working full time in corporate sector..I am thinking of pursuing PG diploma/certificate (distance education)from Lovely or IGNOU..will i get full points for TWO or more degree/certificates ??
Will distance education work for pg course to claim points..i have CLB 10 on ielts.
