I hace a question to confirm. Might seem stupid questions.
We both couplw got our PR under FSW program and moved to Canada March 2016.
We are living in Canada since than and planning a baby. My question is that baby born PR parents in Canada will be Canadian Citizen by birth?
Yes - the baby will be a citizen by birth.

The baby born in Canada is Canadian citizen. The only exception is if the parents were foreign diplomats not paying Canadian tax...
