hi;

One of my friend landed last year in Canada , after that she blessed with a baby out of Canada , Now she is going to come back & live there , the problem is How she can take the baby to Canada??

Baby will receive visa the same as mummy??
Please help her

The child will need to be sponsored by one of the parents for permanent residence, assuming that the father is not a Canadian citizen.

Hi

As zardoz said, if the child doesn't qualify for Canadian citizenship through the father, your friend will need to sponsor her child. Because she is a PR, she cannot sponsor the child from outside of Canada; she must be in Canada during the entire process.

If the baby is visa-exempt, it is relatively easy to come to Canada together and submit the sponsorship application.

If the baby is not visa-exempt, it will need a TRV to be able to come to Canada. TRVs for children of PRs are quite often refused, as they are intending to remain permanently in Canada and therefore do not qualify as a temporary resident. If the TRV is refused, they can apply for a TRP, Temporary Resident Permit; a TRP allows an otherwise inadmissible person to come to Canada. If the TRP is refused, then the mother (or the father if he is a PR) will have to leave the baby and come to Canada to do the sponsorship.
