What is the right application for baby born abroad to canadian parent ???
I am sponsoring wife,son,daughter
Singapore asking for second medical for them and RPRV..
Where am I in process ???????

I'm not sure what you're asking.
From what I understand, you're sponsoring your wife, son and daughter - born when you were not Canadian, is that correct? if your VO has asked for a second medicals it means that they are most likely looking at your file now.
In the meantime, did you have another baby? if you became Canadian before the birth of your baby, then your baby is Canadian. You need to ask for his/her certificate of Citizenship, in the application, add proofs that you are in the process of sponsoring the rest of your family. Hopefully it will speed up the process. Once you have the certificate, apply for a temporary passport for your child, and he/she can go to Canada together with the rest of the family once they have their PR.

If your baby was born before you became Canadian, then you need to ask her/him to your current application. FIll out the form for main applicant and add another dependent with all required papers.

We did the DNA and al, that stuff now CIC SINGAPORE wants the second medical done up and RPRV paid...

Asking for the payment of RPRF is always a good thing, but nobody can tell you if it's another 3 weeks or another 3 months.
So yes - definitely getting closer and towards the end, but don't ask me how long you have to wait - I don't know.

If I paid 700$ towards CIC FAMILY SPONSOR APP already does that still go towards the RPRV????
AND HOW MUCH I PAY??? Does that include me????

you have to pay:
$75 for the sponsor (you)
$475 for the principal applicant (your wife)
$490 for the RPRF (for your wife, not for you, and not for the children as the children do not need to pay)
$150 per child ( so if I understand well your case, you are sponsoring 2 dependent children as the 3rd one is already Canadian, so no need to pay anything for him).

total: (1 wife + 2 children): $1340.
