hi,

All i am going by my car for first time landing using peace bridge.

1.in B4 form on top "POE" location which i have to add?
2. in B4 at botton sign and date. that i have to do in advance or in-front of officer.
3. for new format of photo graph its required to write shop name and address on back ?
