B4 form for landing

Hi

I have seen two different forms on line for B4 form which one should I use?

I also wonder if someone has an example of one of this form that can send it to me (katia657@hotmail.com) , I am landing this weekend and I am really confused I have seem several examples on line but all of them are so different and confusing. I am not sure of the level of details I need to put in the extra excel sheets.

Use the B4 form to list your goods. Use the B4a form if it won't all fit on the other form. List valuables (jewellery, electronics, etc.) in detail and include serial numbers if the have then. If you have generic goods (cloths, kitchen utensils, bedding) list them generically (i.e. 1 suitcase of clothes, 1 box of linen). If you have a large number of items coming, number the boxes and identify them on the form, just in case they want to open them....makes the search easier. Remember to list anything that may come after you arrive in separate shipments as items to follow, otherwise you'll pay duty on them.

Don't stress to much . I had the B4 form and the shipping documents lol the guy was really please to see that we had filled it in.

In each box i wrote the number 1.. linens $50.00
2 kitchen stuff / dishes plastic cups etc $150.00
3 clothes, jackets pants shoes $300.00


He signed it off with no problem , we filled in our name and the address the shipment was going to and he filled in the rest . Stamped it and off we went.

Same experience for me....seems you get bonus points for filling it out in advance!
