Based on your experience, can you provide info what are the average house prices in different provinces of Canada. Where are the most expensive houses to buy, where the cheapest and what is the optimal price for buying a normal house for a 3-4 member family. Can a permanent resident easily own a house ? What is the procedure.

When you write your comments, please do not describe ultra expensive homes for over a million dollar or going to the other edge writing about houses in Ghetos or very old and poor places. Just compare the prices for middle class houses and apartments with the normal living conditions.

In addition, if you have time, write a short step by step guide on buying the house, cost effectively without using the services of real estate agents, notaries and other parasites.
