THEY WANT TO COMPARE THAT BOTH PARENTS R SAME:WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
 
I think if you dont have birth certificate then you can provide the passport copy which has the name of the parents and they can confirm that they have same parents.
 
Does the marriage certificate have any names on it that identify her parents?
