August applied TRV stamping outside Canada (INDIA)

I came to India for personal emergency while my extension was in progress in Canada. Extension got approved after couple of weeks mean while my existing visa got expired and couldn't travel back. I applied for TRV (Outside Canada) in India, submitted on 3rd August. Still there is no response. Is any one at similar situation? Is there a way to reach out IRCC for updates? TRV process time in website showing as 154 days. Is the days mentioned are accurate? Please advice

You are still within normal processing times so in January raise a webform for an update on your file.

No they will not act promptly. Depending on queue, response can take 30+ days.
