August AOR, R10 check

Hello Experts,

I received AOR on August 15, 2017 under CEC Class
Current Status as follows:
Medical-Passed
Background-NA
Additional Documents-Not required
Reviewing the eligibility
Application in Progress.

Very confused whether R10 check is complete now or no? What stage my file is in at this moment?
And what are the stages before getting Passport Request??

Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you very much!!

Did that NA ever changed? Like after MEP or at any point?

It was in process before medical pass, it is NA since early Sept after medical pass
