August 2019 Outland Spouse Sponsorship Who Have Not Gotten VO transfer email

Hey guys! my application was received on August 29 2019. Here is my full timeline so far:

Application Received - Aug 29, 2019
AOR - October 1, 2019
Biometrics Request - October 5, 2019
Medical Request - October 8, 2019
SA: October 9, 2019
Biometrics Completed - Oct 21, 2019
Medical Completed - Oct 22, 2019
Medical Passed - October 25, 2019

There is no update ever since medical passed and I am getting super worried.
I want to communicate with anyone who is in a similar situation or has insight please.

I wonder if my case has been transferred or not.. is anyone in a similar situation?
PA from Afghanistan, I am the sponsor living in Canada, as a Canadian Citizen. There is no criminalities, not many travels, or anything abnormal. We have a pretty straight forward case, so I wonder why there is no update. It’s kind of worrying since people after me are getting PPR and I don’t even have any update.
