use the UCI/App# option (and copy/pasted those numbers directly from the email), completely skip the entire middle section with passport info etc and go straight to the last section and fill out the city/province info, put 2 ppl for application (you+sponsor, no dependents). It should link with no issue.

P.S. In case you have dependents, add that number to 2. So let's say you added 3 more dependents aside from the sponsored spouse, you should enter 5(2+3).

Thank you so much for your help, I already linked my application.. The reason why I can't linked my application was that I always put "2" on number of family members. It should b 3 (plus our daughter) ..

To see if they asked you for Schedule A, you look look right under on the same page for "View Submitted Applications". Click that amd it'll take you to the next page. There, if you see Schedule A requested under the Required Documents section, then that means you can upload it right on that page.

You put whatever your legal status in that country was. Visitor, permanent resident, citizen, etc.

As of last Friday, all my steps are done (SA received, medical passed, Schedule A and PCC submitted) so patiently waiting for ECAS in process / AOR2 now. (Or should I say impatiently waiting...)

At any time. In my case, file was transferred to VO (September 15th) and they still haven't asked me for medical exam. This can happen to you too, every case is different.
