Canada post Xpress Post is one of the best way to send your documents, it takes only 2 working days within Canada to reach Mississauga office. If you are spouse is living outside Canada and you are living in Canada then you should send your application at:

Yes, when you send through CandaPost and them to put the label for signature upon receiving, its a good practice so that you would know who receive your application.

My Spouse didnt complete the medical test yet. These check box in checklist is to mean that I read that ? or I completed the medical report ?
Do I need to check it ?

Do not check that box as the medical is not done. Once your file is reviewed, you will receive AOR, after few days your spouse will also receive the second AOR with the information for the medical exam

and also same with the police certificate box ?
I just tick whether PA is 18+ and not in military box this way as below and leave the main box empty

yes, if you do not have police certificate at this moment do not click that box too.

Im submitting birth certificate and 10th class certificate.
Do we need any other ?

sent in our package on July 31st from Ireland using registered post requiring signature to Robert Speckway address and havent received text message yet.
i know it wasnt by courier but i just assumed there wouldnt be anyone at a P.O. Box address to sign for it.
did i screw up? ): it should still get sen to the appropriate office right? (im probably being irrational)

no, I just have scanned copies. My wife has originals and she is in India
I dont think we can use scanned copies of notarized one, so she need to mail me those documents

notarized photocopies you should submit, you cannot use the scanned notarized copies. You may need to request your wife to send you the notarized copies by courier.

Two things you can do, if you the the tracking number of your registered post, you can track online, if you do not have the tracking number then ask your courier company to check it for you. the last option is, call IRCC office and talk to them and check if they received your envelop. Some it happens that, they receive the envelop but they might have not opened the envelope, once they open the package and scan the barcode which you sent, then you will get the SMS.

thanks. as mentioned it wasnt sent by courier. it was sent by Irelands own Postal Company by registered signature mail. there is a tracking number but it cant be tracked outside of Ireland. I will give it until Monday and then call the post company and IRCC.
its crazy how anxious this process gets me!
