In personal History and address sections of application forms ,
it is mentioned to provide information since the age of 18,
and in address section " list all addresses where you have lived since your 18th birth day"

Question is:

I have travelled 7 countries from 2002-to date and stayed there on avarge 7 days.

Should I need to mention all date and year wise in my application, in personal history and addresses section ???

Yes. You must mention everything. All jobs, all addresses you have lived at. I dont think it is neccessary to tell them where you have been to on vacation. But if you have spent a period in hospital tell them , where and why.

doesn't the OP mention just where his/her permanent address is. For example, if i am a consultant and go to a town 100miles away to consult for a company for a week, will I mention that? If yes, then of course the OP should mention going another country for a week. But if no, then should the OP still mention when they go for a week for work even though they are permanently based in their home country (as an example).

i guess the answer is "Use your discretion"...

i worked on a job for 1.5 months in a different city.. i chose not to mention it at all throughout the application. so, showed, that period as unemployed in my hometown.
