My wife has real uncle in toronto.

My question is:

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO LIVE IN CANADA?

I want to mention ALBERTA and city CALGERY

Can I mention that becaus ethere are a lot opportunities for doctors.

OR I will have to mention same wher uncle of my wife lives ( TORONTO)

Yes, write any place except Quebec and if you change your mind, you do not have to tell them. You just land whereever you want (except Quebec) and then move whereever you want after that.
