My wife applied for an India Visa but the BLS center says we have to get our marriage certificate attested from Global Affairs Canada. Has anyone gone through the process? The BLS person said I have to first get the Marriage Certificate notarized but on the Global Affairs website they say they do not authenticate notorized documents.
