Can anybody have right information about this issue I want Quebec skill worker immigration and I have done BS-CS honor computer science so I heard that Quebec immigration is closed right now because of excess of application submitted and cap is full now and it will be closed for 2015 & 2016 …please can any body tell me it is right??

QSW is neither closed nor full; there is still plenty space for you to file your application. go check on MICC website and you will see that they are still open for business.
