Attach Study Permit or Work Permit in Parents Visitor Visa Application for Convocation?

I graduated in December 2022 and my study permit is valid upto March 31 , 2023 . I have also recieved my PWGP permit this week.
So , Should I attach study permit or work permit in my parents visitor visa application?
Am I on Work Permit rignt now or Study Permit technically?
