could you pls guide me for current immigration rule which provience we should choice for study

tho my sister in law live in toronto

if i live in toronto i can save money i dont have to pay rent and food cost

but my target is PR after study

Then stay in Toronto.
But after studies move to other province.

Alberta- 6 months field related job and then apply for PR under AINP.
Saskatchewan - 1 year any job and then apply under SINP.
Manitoba - 6 months any job and then apply under MPNP.

My personal choice is ALBERTA, good place to live for long-term, good job opportunity and good pay.

Yes, it applies to everyone who are studying in Canada with a valid study permit.

Now they are using the tool of immigration to push people to other province and help in developing other province.
