On the official website of the Atlantic Immigration Program, it states:
"Your ECA report must be less than 5 years old on the date we receive your application."
However, just below that, there is an addendum that states:
"The educational credential must have been obtained within 24 months prior to the date you applied for permanent residence."
Doesn’t this present a contradictory statement? Is the valid timeframe 5 years or 2 years?
