ATIP GCMS notes request - Temporary tracking number??

On July 10th, I ordered my GCMS notes through ATIP.
I received an email that said:
"Your temporary request tracking number is xxxxx. After your request has been registered, a new number will be assigned to your request"

However, I have never received the new tracking number.
Is this normal?

Even I have applied on 11th July, no reply till date and just got temporary tracking number.

It seems by law, they have to reply to my request within 30 calendar days...

That means saturday. I'll call them on monday if i haven't received anything.

I ordered my GCMS notes on July the 4th and still nothing.... Is it normal for it be gone for this long?

i had this reply from them i applied on july 9

so i resubmitted the new form july 20 then i emailed them to also give me a reply if they did received my new form and this was their reply

I ordered my notes on July 10th. Got them today via mail. Processing date for the notes was July 16.

My notes hit 30 days yesterday and I haven't heard anything but the confirmation that i requested them.... with the tracking number.

There's no way to track the notes..., ordered from the usual CIC ATIP portal page(s) that is...

they usually came to me within 30 days (+ or -) consistently

If ordered via snail mail, you could track the progress of the registered letter..., but that wouldn't tell you anything beyond the receipt of the letter by CIC

Give them a few days .If you order them after a certain time of the day it goes to the next business day, and if its a weekend it goes to the Monday.

I never received a "tracking number" via the ATIP portal - only the confirmation of the request, and a statement that it would take app 30 days..

Just nervous is all. And wanting to know what they have to say.
