I am in Canada at last and landed at Toronto.
no problem at all only that I missed the customs for the GTA/GTF and I had to specifically ask for them and then They did the needful and Thanks to Qorax they appreciated my being organised .I had taken the photographs of the jewelley and already prepared the list as Qorax had advised on Excel .

So good to read you got here safely. I was looking through the posts today to see if you made it. I had visions of you getting stuck at Heathrow or some other snowy airport.
