At 421 OINP OR EE please help to choose

Hi All,

At 421, received NOI, is it ok to proceed with OINP or can wait for 2-3 draws? what is your opinion.

Because 1500 is a very big amount and dont want to loose it. I see a new document released by Ontario states that NOI is valid for 6months

yes, the noi is valid for 6 months. That is what the new press release says. So I am going to wait and decide .

It seems like its a good news that NOI validity time has extended to 6 months.

I feel like OINP must select candidates below 400 (wishful thinking )

But who knows, may be circumstances force them to go below 400, bcz this is second notice in couple of weeks from OINP authorities for extension in time.

As you said, its worth waiting 2-3 draws and we should know the trend in the next 1-2 draws. you can decide based on the trend.

Please advise on this question too ;D
At 421, can i apply for OINP, and if the trend continues so i get ITA after March, i will apply for ITA too and after that
1) Will they refund my OINP payment?
2)Can both process parallely (OINP and EE ITA)?
the reason i ask is recently I see a rejection for missing documents,so if my EE profile got rejected for any reason (exclude misrepresentation) still my OINP is active and in processing!
so later I can still apply for EE...
