My name is Ahmed and I'm a Yemeni refugee in Jordan since Oct/2015 me and my mother want to join my sister in Canada she lives there but she’s a student
I would really love any assistance or guidance on how to join her.

I would really love any assistance or guidance on how to join her.

Would suggest that you explore economic migration programs like express entry or pnp. If you are already a recognized refugee, quite impossible to get any temporary visas to Canada.

Your sister can try to reach out to communities who may be able to sponsor you but chances of that are slim. Your sister may also attempt to form a group of 5 to sponsor you as soon as she meets ALL the requirements of who can be a sponsor.
