Can I get an asylum with a document from the Russian police (official warning, huge fines for protesting again) for protesting against the war in Ukraine (it's a new special law)? I am an English-Russian translator with some Python coding skills and nooby experience in machine learning. I didn't manage to get a diploma, and only have a student's transcript, but companies all other the world accept me anyway (still almost no work). I have some friends and acquaintances in Canada and far relatives with whom I never spoke in my life, but they are there, and I could find them. I don't think there will be anything for me to translate soon (import does not come to a dead country, and I translate technical manuals). Thanks for the advice in advance.

I could get there, I have an international passport and enough to get there, no visa or internationally recognized vaccine proof (3 shots of the Russian vaccine, though).

You need an approved TRV in order to travel to Canada. You can't travel based on your passport alone.
If you are able to get to Canada, I'm not sure your case is strong enough to be approved for refugee status. It sounds like you were given a warning and fines. I'm not sure that's going to be enough.

Ah - in that case travel to Canada is not possible for you at this time. This vaccine is not recognized by Canada at this time and Canada still has a vaccine mandate in place as it relates to travel.
The police also made me confess in attending the protest on camera. If Russia turns into North Korea, I will be executed as an enemy of the state. I don't have the video. So, if things go really bad, will I still not get asylum?

I can't tell you if you will get asylum or not. That will depend on the strength of your evidence.
However your main issues right now are that you need a TRV in order to be allowed to travel to Canada. Also, the vaccination you have is not accepted by Canada. So even if you could get a TRV, right now you would not be allowed to fly to Canada because you do not have an approved vaccine.

Right....furthermore, I seriously doubt Canada would be giving anybody a tourism trv from Russia. Anybody from Russia is a huge national security threat right now.
I saw on CBC news today Russians are fleeing to Finland in their cars.
Finland, @Melanol would be a realistic option for you.
