Yes - they will take your passport. You won't get your passport back until the processing of your application has been completed in a few years.

No - you won't get a travel document immediately. You won't qualify for a travel document until you are accepted as a protected person. This will likely take around 3 years.

oh that a lot of time but do I get the travel documents and passports after the decision or after I get the PR

You qualify for the travel document once you are recognized as a protected person which takes around 3 years. PR takes another two years after that.

I'm not sure when you get your passport back. However you cannot use your home country passport to travel. You must use the Travel Document and obtain new visas.

I see but just one more concern .If I ever lost my PR status due to residency obligation 3 years ago and I applied for PRRA and I lost it .Can I still apply for asylum

I would think there would be significant scrutiny of an asylum application if you were a PR previously. How did you receive your PR last time?

PR was given in 2006 through immigrant
However does apply for prra after losing residency obligation prohibit me from apply for asylum or there are no restrictions

I don't believe there's any rule preventing you from applying again. However if you returned to your home country since then, that will likely make it much more difficult to successfully claim asylum now. It sounds like you've also renewed your home country passport. You'll need to explain what changed after 2006 that made your country safe for you again. And then what has changed since then to make it once again dangerous. This will significantly complication your asylum application and you'll want to to work with a good lawyer.
