Assylum applicant in the U.S.

Hello,

I am an assylum applicant in the U.S. for 10 years and most likely my second(and final) appeal will be denied in October/November of this year. It will leave me with 2 choices: became illegal in the U.S. or leave. Are there legal ways to get to Canada? I know that I can't just cross the border legally due to the Safe Third Country agreement.

You are pretty well out of luck, since your required to have been admitted to the US for 1 year (legally) to apply at Buffalo, rather than in your home country. You would probably not have sufficient time in the US to apply (2-4 years processing) anyway.
