Hi experts, has anyone tried to fill the new Schedule 3: Economic Class - Federal Skilled Workers?
I really don't know what to put in question 10: Asset/Liabilities/Settlement Funds.
Since I just finished my master degree in the States, and has about 10 thousand student loans, will it impact my application if I decalre it on the form? If I don't declare, is it regarded a fraud?
Thanks for your help and patience.
This is new... I Mean the Application. BUT no one will advice to put false information.
IF that is the case you have to write the truth to avoid any future problems. If you are not truthful and they do find out, its gonna be problematic. Be truthful, thats all what I can think of.

Yes, buddy you have to mention those student loans, because those loans are surely your liabilities. Other than student loans, your liabilites also includes:
Credit Card Debt.
Automobile Loans.
Mortgage
Loans payable againt life insurance
account or notes payable
and many more small things.

The thing is that I own an apartment which is worth 20 thousand USD. However, I won't be able to provide a valuation of it, since it costs over 500 bucks to do a full assessment and verification on it.
What would you suggest me to put on my assets? How should I proof to the VO that I am economically stable to immigrate?

You must have received a tax accessment from the county. This is the best proof that your apartment worth 20K. Second, source is to get estimate from Zillow.Com
Thanks

Thanks for your response. I am sorry I am in China. Trickily, the market price of the apartment is way higher than it was when I first bought it, thus I don't want to show the VO its purcahse price.
Do you think it is ok that I don't submit the valuation, but simply put the estimated value of it under "Assets"? I can provide a certificate of the apartment which does not include the value.

Yes, I agree that it is difficult to get a tax assessment in China. There are no annual property taxes (therefore no tax assessment). One can only provide valuation. If you don't want to spend money on valuation, I wonder if you can make a comparable analysis of the value of your apartment instead and submit it to the visa office. Attach some real photos of the listing prices from nearby realtors as evidence.
