Assault on christians in egypt

My family and i are religious minorities , relatives ( christians ) in an islamic state (egypt) we were assaulted in a deadly knife attack in a church for simply refusing to converting to islam and believing in Jesus and .we have successfully managed to escape death. I moved to canada , applied for asylum. Now i cant sponsor my family my application was rejected. Also another their visitor visa got rejected . I became citizen one month ago

Ive been subsidizing ,supporting financially my family from here .

they are temporarily in a shelter that i pay with large sums

I would love to go there in order to assist them to leave to the west i would be able to do that on ground only . Handing cash to smugglers until they reach europe through turkey that's the plan .

Just wondering if i could go back to my country of origin without risking my status its a matter of life or death .

My christian brother managed to make it to europe through turkey he knows the route he is also an asylum claimant his application is pending he cant do nothing



ive been waiting for that moment since many years i consider myself lucky to be alive and here despite the deception for not being able to sponsor them.

Who are the family members you are trying to sponsor? The rules around this are extremely clear. Immediate families members such as your spouse and minor children can be sponsored provided they were properly declared in your own refugee application. Non-immediate family members such as parents and siblings cannot be sponsored, unless you go through a program like SAH or Group of Five.

Relatives cannot be included in your application or sponsored directly. These rules have always been very clear.

Would also be very careful about actively participating in human smuggling. That is considered criminal activity.
