Asked for submitting Schedule A (IMM5669), does it mean security check?

I've asked for submitting schedule A, I posted one topic before, but here I would like to emphasize, I was asked for filling personal history and address since age of 18, but not only recent 10 years.

I heard that means a background check and security check will arranged to me....
I feel tense...

Background check and Security will be done regardless of schedule A.
Schedule A is to check your work history, personal history, travel history and to see if there are any gaps. or if you've stayed in any country for more than 180 days.

I have never been to any other country, I didn't left any gaps in my e-APR and I didn't answer any "yes" in those questions.

That's why it is weird they asked me submit IMM5669 and emphasize I have to fill my personal history and address since age of 18.

I heard from some groups said, that usually indicates I will be taken a real "security check" which takes 12-24 months. T_T
