Asked for additional document but no upload button.

Hi cic requested to send additinal document (imm5669e.) But there is no upload button in express entry my cic account under document checklist.19 august 2017 is deadline to submit and its overdue. I fill ircc webform and let them know that i have technical issue in my account . But nothing heard from CIC . Now what will happen any idea?

Also how to check status of my submitted application. Everywhere its written like" view submitted application and check status and message". But can not figure out. Please let ne know
