It seems WES submits report to IRCC right away after evaluation is done. Can we somehow delay submission to IRCC after evaluation ?
One way is I can do a standard application where IRCC is not a recipient and somehow send it later.
Why do you want to delay it ?? Any reason ?
I had done my Wes in 2017 but submitted by EE in 2018
