Ask for a personal loan to prove financial support to study

Hi,
I am preparing myself to study in canada. For the proof of financial support, I'm thinking in asking a personal loan, maintain the money 4 months in my personal bank account and then submit my last 4 bank statements. This is because in the list of possible financial proof I can give (obtained from the official canadian web page) there is the following point:

• proof of a student/education loan from a bank

I am actually asking the personal loan for study purposes to the bank, but I don't know if I should do what I described above or, just present the personal loan as a student loan from a bank as financial proof.
