Asivad & Friends - Possible ways to improve CRS score!!

Hi friends,
One of friend got MBA from some private organization, can anyone let me know how can i know whether this degree will be evaluated by WES. Any links would be helpful.

Also in my case I'm at CRS score 349.
i trying to score - ielts 8777, but still i will be some where around 430. i tried all the ways to improve score, but i did not find any other way except doing masters.
Can anyone please help me how to reach 450 CRS and also any masters degree in India that will be completed in 1 year and will be assessed by WES?

If you are single, marry a good husband or wife, with a very nice profil, young less than 30, with a master degree, well educated, very good in English and in French and with at least 3 years experience
Than switch your profil, and you will be dependent .

Or more seriously, improve your English, French, and work experience and get a Master ! (a real one that means 5 years studies, after high school, it is a postgraduate degree). That worths 135 points if you are single.
I don't live in India so I don't have any other advise
