I am confused, CIC ddidn't add extra points from my foreign 3yr work exp.It only calculated the work exp that I had in Canada. Is it somekind of system error?
I kept removing it from my work history and added it back just to see if the system restarted or something, but nothing changed =(.Is it ok thought If I kept spamming adding and removing my express entry profile like that?
pls help =(
You get CRS points for work experience only in Skills Transferability where you get up to 50 points based on that and your language scores. But the same sub-section gives points for combination of Canadian experience and foreign experience as well. If you've already got 50 points in that sub-section, you won't get any more points there.

I wrote 3 yr foreign exp but nothing happened =(,still zero.
It is the same, with my Canadian experience NOC B , graphic designer,Full time.I will just remove it for now from my work history. This is just beyond confusing, everytime I remove and readd it I will get email from CIC"your profile has been updated" but the score stays the same.
Is it ok to keep changing my Profile like that? i don't wanna harass CIC.
Date "MR.X" first became qualified to practice in this occupation
If the "primary occupation" is:
a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)
For this I wrote : 2014
because that's when I got my first job in canada. But i have worked previously in my hometown from 2004-2007
Did i fill it wrong? or?I am confused
Is it the reason why my foreign exp isnt counted?

I think this could be the reason. Change the year to 2004 and see the magic.
I also did the same thing with my application. I graduated in 2007 so I declared as I was eligible from 2007 and not until I moved to Canada in 2013.
