Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi,

Here is my case.

I am working in canada since more than a yr and planning to apply PR under FSW cat-3. I have a 2 yr old US arrest record (Theft less than $100). Didn't get convicted. FBI records says arrested, NON-Conviction. No arrest records found in State PCC. I will say "YES" for the question "ever arrested, charged, convicated" in the backgroud form in PR form. For the same question while applying for federal worker visa, I stated "NO". Will this create issues as now I will say yes for the same question while applying PR ? Can I get rejection for mis-represtation of the case ?

Do I need to take lawyer help ? Expert please suggest ? Your advice is highly appreicated...Thanks,
