I claimed 50 pts using LMIA, i used the same job offer template which i submited for LMIA application saying my employment will be extended to permanent position for indeterminate time period once i receive my permanent residency. I did not mentioned atleast 1 year during LMIA process (got approved) and for PR application. Should I raise CSE and attach a new job offer letter with it or it will be fine.

A job offer must be in writing, and must set out details of the job they are offering you, such as:
at least one year/ permanent.
your pay and deductions
your job duties
conditions of employment, like your hours of work.
If it is permanent job with some
conditional period which they haven't mentioned, it is a good idea to raise CSE.

Thanks for the reply, it is a permanent job without any conditions, just because my employer applied for LMIA so I can get extrs 50 pts to apply for PR. The JOB offer that i Got from HR is like this "This will be a permanent position and will be extended for an indeterminate time period once you receive your permanent residency in Canada."
So the question was as I forgot to mention it to HR to include Minimum for 1 year line . So should i give CIC a new job offer letter through CSE.

You don't need the minimum 1 year line. Permanent > 1 year. Your letter looks fine.
Thanks both for reply, the letter in link also did not mention specifically about minimum 1 year so I think I'll be fine.
I am working in NOC2174 software programmer with
- LMIA
- job offer says full time indefinite duration
- HR letter says permanent, full time position
- My initial Work permit was expired in Nov2019. It was renewed till Oct2021 by employer.
- Already have worked for same employer for 1.5years almost.
Will I get 50points even though HR letter doesn't say they will support 1year after PR etc.

Hello,
Can you please clarify the below questions as I am also going through the same path?
1. What you have mentioned in the HR reference letter regarding PR?
2. Also, did you submit your old offer letter or a new offer letter?
My profile: CEC Inland applicant - 1year experience with the current employer (Closed Work permit with positive LMIA)
NOC 2174- Software Developer
Thanks
