After file number , my file now has been forwarded to local Visa office (New Delhi)

my application is in arranged employment category ... how long it take to process the visa. what would be the next action step from visa office

Someone has received the Visa in just 6 months and generally it takes 10-11 months.

I applied my application in Feb 2014 to Ottawa.
